Experience:

Gray TV is seeking a reporter to cover the Minnesota state capitol and large news events in Minneapolis/St. Paul to support and elevate its Minnesota newsrooms. This position would be based in Minneapolis/St. Paul and work remotely covering all levels of state government, particularly the legislative session each year. This position will also have featured roles during elections. The position will need to develop sources and understandings of Minnesota government quickly.   • Partner with peers, on-air talent, producers, directors, managers, and members of the public to help ensure a professional TV newscast/show is produced.

  • Video editing that meets a high standard of accuracy, balance and ethics.
  • Operating digital NLE editing equipment and Windows computer software. Experience using Edius 7, Adobe Premiere preferred.
