Job Responsibilities

  • Client On-boarding:
    • Plan, manage, and execute internal and external kickoff meetings with clients

Build UTM codes and ensure correct ad tag placement when needed. Monitor progress of projects. Watch and stick to deadlines and help assure that campaigns start and end on time.
    • Prioritize workload, including RFP and IO placement, presentation and recap creation among other duties.  Work with Digital Sales Manager, DPM’s and DBS’ to revise, create and implement new processes as needed.
    • Organize and work with vendors to monitor campaign delivery for all types of Digital campaigns and communicate relevant metrics and perceived issues to DBS’ and sales reps.
    • Utilize statistics from vendor dashboards and Google Analytics to develop and provide client facing, regular, campaign recaps and additional recaps and reports as assigned or needed.  Recaps include analyzing impressions, click throughs, conversions, Google Analytics statistics, and additional metrics.
    • Work with business department to confirm currently billed campaigns are running according to Marketron sales order, and to resolve monthly invoicing queries. 
    • Attend trainings on a regular basis to keep up with new digital trends and products.
    • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with digital and sales departments. Build working relationships with co-workers, customers, vendors and the general public.  Act in a professional manner when representing Hubbard Interactive and our radio stations.
    • Satisfactorily complete other duties and special projects as needed or assigned.
    • Report to work on time and work established schedule/hours.  Be able to work other hours or alternate schedules as needed, as assigned and needed.

 

 

  • Client Reporting & Optimizations:
    • Train clients to use the reporting dashboard

  • Oversee and perform tasks related to Human Resources and benefits information, including daily data entry of all personnel information changes into HRIS system according to data standards, retrieval, and generation of standard and ad hoc reports and forms.

Working closely with a producer and the night side executive producer, this anchor will deliver newscasts taking full advantage of KTTC resources.

This anchor will also join a growing team of digital journalists in our newsroom. Along with a dayside digital anchor and the Digital Content Manager, this position will work to create digital-exclusive content for KTTC's online platforms. Leveraging the resources of KTTC, Gray Television and the latest technology, this anchor will help create content for both on-air and digital broadcasts

Qualifications/Requirements:

▪️ KTTC News at 5pm is a ratings leader in our market. This position is suited for someone who has some experience anchoring a newscast. The ideal candidate will be able to enterprise timely, relevant content for KTTC viewers, manage their time effectively, and handle breaking news calmly. A large part of this job will involve using the KTTC News Now digital studio, an innovative set that allows one anchor the ability to control cameras, audio, video, live feeds and conduct virtual interviews all on their own. We will train you to use the digital studio, but some tech-savvy is helpful.

▪️ Strong writing skills are encouraged. Our newsroom uses ENPS and Edius software. Experience with either is a bonus, but not required. We will train you on how to use both.

▪️ KTTC also promotes professional development by sending employees to conferences annually hosted by the Radio/Television News Directors Association, the National Association of Black Journalists, the Asian American Journalists Association, the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, the National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association, the Midwest Broadcast Journalists Association, and others. Job Summary/Description:

KTTC is looking for a Full-Time Creative Services Producer to join our award-winning marketing department. The Creative Services Producer will develop and produce creative concepts to support all client-based advertising, promotion, and image, as well as station-based promotion. The candidate will build on their already strong base of skills to expand their expertise in storytelling, marketing strategies, cinematography, editing, writing, graphic design for client digital products, and familiarity with Adobe Cloud programs. Candidates must adapt to the project assigned, visually problem-solve, and enjoy working in a creative environment. This is a fun and challenging job with the opportunity to work alongside a team of creatives who consistently deliver top-quality work in a new and fresh way.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Production of client-based commercial projects for several video platforms
• Write, shoot and edit client and station promotions
• Collaborate with team on station events and marketing efforts
• Design graphic elements for broadcast and digital platforms

Qualifications/Requirements:

The Creative Services Producer should be proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Also:

• Videography and lighting skills are required
