R & J Broadcasting, Inc, a privately owned, family company, has an opportunity for a motivated, energetic, creative, and team-focused individual as Sports Announcer for KSDM & KGHS radio in International Falls, MN.
Job Description:
- Gathering and Reporting information for daily sports reports covering local, regional, state, and national levels.
- Includes writing and reporting for Station Website and social media.
- Live PxP Announcing for Radio and Live Streaming Broadcasts.
- Sports Broadcasts include Hockey, Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, Swim and Diving, Wrestling, Basketball, Baseball/Softball, and Track and Field.
- Hosting of weekly sports show.
- Includes scheduling and conducting interviews with guests.
- Audio and Video Editing of content for programming and promotion.
Applicant should be self-motivated, organized, can communicate clearly, and understand play by play duties with general computer and phone skills. Additional opportunities for On-Air, Sales, and News are available for applicants with interest and ability. Wage plus talent pay structure.
