Q-Media Group in Pine City is looking for their next General Manager.
Q-Media Group is a small family owned company that holds three radio stations in Pine City and works to help local business market themselves in the local community. They have a strong team in place who is looking for a leader!
The ideal candidate will have experience with outside sales and leadership. You will need to be comfortable working in the community, going out every day and talking to local business owners and helping them grow their business.
Overall Duties & Expectations:
- Manage all areas of the radio stations including programming, sales, budgets, property oversight, etc
- Be creative in coming up with new and fresh ideas to help drive revenue
- Be involved in local community events and organizations
- Oversee a sales team
- Be able to work on your own pace with limited supervision
- Be able to inspire and motivate your employees to make themselves better every day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
