KSTP-TV in Minneapolis/St. Paul is seeking a Digital Sales Coordinator.

Qualifications

  • Interest in learning about advertising, marketing, and media.
  • A general understanding of digital media – streaming, social, search, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent language, interpersonal, and grammar skills.
  • Curious and driven, and growth oriented.
  • A strong team player, fostering a spirit of cooperation and helpfulness.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Previous administrative experience strongly preferred.  
  • Experience with Wide Orbit, Monday.com and/or other CRMs preferred, but not required.

Job Overview

This position provides administrative support to the Digital Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enter Digital orders into station advertising management software (Wide Orbit).
  • Regularly pull and provide DSM and DOS with digital revenue reports, as requested.
  • Enter TV orders into station advertising management software (Wide Orbit) as needed, acting as a backup for other Sales Coordinators.
  • Act as a Project Coordinator for digital sales related events and initiatives.
  • Assist with research projects, as requested.
  • Assist with order entry and ongoing management of digital campaigns within Monday.com.
  • Willingness to cross-train with other positions to help provide support and coverage as needed.
  • Seek out ways to expand current skills and abilities, taking initiative to learn new tasks, systems, and technologies.
  • Report to work on time for established, scheduled hours.
