Digital Campaign Administrator

Midwest Communications Inc. is seeking a Digital Campaign Administrator.  The successful candidate will partner with the Digital Sales Manager, Director of Sales/Sales Manager, and Market Manager to support and ensure the success of digital campaigns for Midwest Communications’ clients. Daily tasks may vary, based on the client and internal department needs and demand. Position will be based in any one of the Midwest Communications, Inc. Radio Markets:  Wisconsin, Indiana, Tennessee, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Build, manage, and execute digital advertising campaigns
  • Work in conjunction with the Digital Sales Manager, Director of Sales/Sales Manager, and Market Manager to ensure that campaigns are executed and measured properly.
  • Approve orders and manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of digital advertising products
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including, web analysis and evaluation of KPI’s
  • Ability to work within a budget, report campaign pacing, and audit campaigns to ensure they are fulfilled properly
  • Create and distribute effective and successful advertising campaign case studies

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to write reports and business correspondence. Effective communication skills with diverse range of individuals.
  • Exhibit effective interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment; demonstrate a positive action focused.
  • Must have the ability to effectively present information and accurately respond to questions.
  • Ability to execute tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer, organizational and analytical skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Able to understand and meet deadlines
  • Must have working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and the internet.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, metrics, and analytics
  • Understand fully the latest digital marketing software and products
  • Able to define and solve problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
