Job Overview
This position is responsible for on-air accuracy of TV programs, commercials and quality of broadcast signal.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain on-air accuracy of TV programs and commercials.
- Monitor the quality of the broadcast signal.
- Set up incoming satellite feeds and log events.
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and have good interpersonal/communication skills as well as sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2-4 years of higher education certificate/degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Master Control operations preferred
- Multi-Channel operations experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits
When extending an offer, the company considers a variety of factors such as (but not limited to) the candidate's work experience, education/training & key skills as well as internal peer equity and other market and business considerations.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $20.84 per hour - $22.25 per hour.
