Job Summary/Description:
Northern News Now is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team! The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Media Executives and the Sales Leadership Team to achieve set goals.
Duties/Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Enter and update sales orders in the Wideorbit traffic system
- Work with Media Executives and National Sales Manager on sales projects and presentations
- Assist with traffic logs daily and submit make goods when commercials don't air as scheduled
- Complete paperwork in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments on projects as needed
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be detailed oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Office Products
- Strong computer knowledge
