Ingstad Media, a family-owned radio media company in the heart of Minnesota’s beautiful lakes area, is seeking our next Operations Manager. If you’re passionate about radio, excited by community-focused broadcasting, and eager to work in brand-new studios equipped with all new, state-of-the-art technology, we want to hear from you.
Our stations—KMRS, KKOK, and KRVY in Morris—are three strong, well-established signals with a deep connection to the communities we serve. We provide excellent tools, support, and a positive work environment to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily on-air and production operations across all stations
- Work closely with on-air talent and programming staff
- Ensure high-quality content, sound, and station presentation
- Contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and community-minded culture
- Help guide the future of our stations through strong leadership and creative vision
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in radio operations, programming, or management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple station needs
- Passion for local radio and serving the community
- Audio production and on-air experience
