KKJM-FM/Spirit 92.9 in St. Cloud, MN is seeking an On-Air Host and Assistant Program Director to join our growing team. Spirit 92.9 is a Contemporary Christian music station. The right person for this Full-Time position will create and deliver content on air that will connect with listeners and encourage them in their daily life and faith. In addition, they will assist the Program Director with daily and weekly duties related to programming, production, and other miscellaneous tasks. This person will have and maintain and active personal relationship with Jesus Christ and maintain a kind and caring attitude as a representative of Christ in the workplace and community.
Experience as an on-air host on a contemporary Christian music format or other format is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Job responsibilities include preparing and hosting a live, daily show weekday afternoons, as well as one voice tracked weekend shift, and assisting Program Director with program and music scheduling, and other daily and weekly tasks. Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate spiritual truths. Basic audio production skills are a plus.
