Office Manager/Sales Assistant

Midwest Communications in Hibbing, MN is seeking an Office Manager/Sales Assistant who will support the Market Manager, assist brand managers and sales team, provide backup for the production department, and serve as a liaison with the Corporate Human Resources Director. We need someone who is detail oriented, highly organizational, and proficient in Excel Spreadsheets, the entire MS Office suite, Adobe, types 50 words a minute, and has an affinity for learning computer programs. You must be able to generate various time-sensitive reports, interface with our corporate office, multitask, and handle a multiple phone line system.
