Job Summary/Description:

KTTC is looking for a creative and self-motivated Marketing Producer. This person reports directly to the Creative Services Director, provides hands-on leadership within the department, and is instrumental in brand management and audience growth on all platforms. The Marketing Producer will be entrusted with leading the execution of strategic plans and producing marketing content to support station goals. Responsible for overseeing promotional concepts from writing, directing, cinematography, and editing, as well as managing promotions scheduling, commercial production, and other content-based projects as needed.

Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

▪️ Develop and execute creative brand concepts for all media platforms; on-air, digital, and social.
▪️ Write, Shoot, and Edit commercials, news, and programming promos and station events.
▪️ Create graphic design assets for marketing, news content, and sales presentation needs.
▪️ Create digital and social media marketing content on multiple platforms.
▪️ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

▪️ The Marketing Producer should be proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
▪️ Videography and lighting skills are required.
▪️ Social media and marketing experience required.
▪️ Able to work alone or collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
▪️ Self-starter with a passion for creating high-quality content, who wants to learn and grow on the job and continue to develop their craft.
▪️ Valid Driver's License with clean record.
