R & J Broadcasting, Inc. is seeking an On-Air Operations Director for their International Falls, MN market. As On-Air Operations Director, applicant's primary responsibility will be ensuring quality on-air programming and production, for both Radio and Live Video Streaming formats, while adhering to Station policies and goals. Duties include producing on-air content to effectively involve listener engagement through live on-air shows, voice tracking, and local news gathering and reporting. Additional responsibilities include assisting with remote broadcasts, audio and video production, and severe weather reporting. Sports play-by-play announcing for opportunities available to those showing desire and ability. Ability to do Sports play-by-play will provide for additional compensation. Applicants must show leadership ability as well as the ability to be energetic, interact with listeners and advertising customers, communicate clearly, ability to conduct interviews, work within a team, using phone and general computer and technical skills. This is Full Time Position. Benefits package included. Valid Driver's License and mode of transportation required. Applicant will report to and work with Station General Manager.
