KSTP-FM is seeking a Digital Project Planner.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management and coordination skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of ASANA preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of MailChimp preferred.
  • Familiarity with Wordpress.org admin.
  • Familiarity with podcast admin and ad scheduling a plus.
  • Basic understanding of web-based interfaces and admin tools.
  • Basic design skills and web production skills a plus.
  • Experience working as a team member.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a variety of individuals.
  • Ability to take initiative but also follow direction.
  • Ability to work on short deadlines and in pressure situations.
  • 1-2 year’s experience in an administrative role preferred.

    • Dexterity to manipulate computer keys and other office equipment

Job Overview

: This individual will help to ensure that the digital marketing and creative services process runs smoothly. The Digital Project Planner is responsible for organizing project direction from the Account Reps, Managers, Programming and Promotions teams and seeing it through to production, approval, scheduling and reporting of results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Clearly understand and be able to communicate all of the capabilities of the Digital/Creative Services team.
  • Work with Account Reps, Managers, and Promotions teams on execution of projects. Gather and proof read project details. Work with Account Reps, Manager, Programming and Promotions teams until directions are clear and complete.
  • Assign tasks to Digital/Creative Services team for production. Prioritize requests based on need, importance and urgency. Monitor progress of projects. Keep an eye on deadlines and help assure that finished project accomplishes expectations and deadlines.
  • Create and update reports to monitor campaign delivery and to communicate relevant metrics to Account Reps, Programming and Promotions teams.
  • Track of and monitor statistics and analytics of station digital assets including web, mobile, apps and more. Provide reports as assigned. Sales coordinators can assist you.
  • Traffic advertising and promotional campaigns through various platforms. Campaigns including, but not limited to, Display Ads, Email Blasts, Podcasts, and Rewards/Contest Platforms.
  • Collaborate on and Manage email calendar for internal brands.
  • Responsible for reconciling proof of performance for internal digital and podcast campaigns with sales assistant and business office.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with programming, production, digital and sales departments as well as others. Build working relationships with co-workers, customers, vendors and the general public. Act in a professional manner when representing each station.
  • Complete satisfactorily other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Report to work on time and work established schedule/hours. Ability to work other hours or alternate schedules as needed, as assigned and needed.
