Hubbard Broadcasting Inc. in Minneapolis/St. Paul is seeking a Benefits and HRIS Administrator. The position of Benefits and HRIS Administrator is responsible for responding to employee inquiries, participating in open enrollment activities, and administering benefits and employment information on various HR systems (ADP and vendors). This position is the "go-to" person to answer employee's questions about all benefit offerings and is responsible for auditing employee and benefit data in ADP in an accurate and timely manner according to established guidelines.
