Lead Visual Storyteller

KARE-TV is seeking a Lead Visual Storyteller. This person will help lead their staff of photojournalists. A leader who is devoted to inspiring continued excellence from our team and has the drive for innovation in a visual medium. Our Lead Visual Storyteller is responsible for working closely with our Director of Photography and other newsroom managers in developing a culture of innovative, visual content across all KARE11 shows and platforms and ensuring high ethical standards, as well as high quality video and audio standards. The Lead Visual Storyteller will assist the Director Photography in managing a team that can cover everything from in depth investigations, to breaking news, to enterprise feature storytelling, to sports, to special coverage of major community events.
