Experience in both roles is preferred but you might be a strong sales manager looking to take that next step, or an operations manager with enough sales leadership experience to run a market. We have one AM with FM Translator, and 2 strong FMs. No competition – these are the only stations in the market, but still have a lot of sales upside. The sales staff is hungry and the operators/programmers are pros with real commitment to the station and the product. The ideal candidate will be a steady and positive leader who is passionate about details and process. We are also looking for a proven track record of radio/digital sales and a resume of servant leader management.
