Assignment Manager

Audio Control Technician

KSTP-TV in Minneapolis St. Paul is seeking an Audio Control Technician. This position is responsible for the on-air accuracy of all production audio elements in a live environment. Operate audio console during live news and studio productions. Have knowledge of studio and field microphones and an ability to mic live music performances for locally produced programs. Prepare audio equipment for productions. Assist with remotes and studio productions as required. Have knowledge of ENG/SNG audio configurations with IFB and working knowledge of audio editing software. Submit all necessary paperwork related to music use.
