KBJR-TV Duluth (District 8) In June 2022, KBJR-TV partnered with Memorial Blood Centers of Duluth on a Blood Drive Campaign. The campaign surpassed its goal by collecting blood from 183 people. According to Memorial Blood Centers, this equates to over 500 lives saved. KBJR-TV also helped to share the important message of the need for blood through live shots, social media, web spots, tv spots and a recipient story.

KWNG-FM Red Wing, WCMP-FM Pine City (District 2, 8) In November 2021, the Q-Media Group stations in Red Wing, and Pine City Minnesota teamed up to collect over 2,500 pounds of food for the Red Wing and Pine City Food Shelves during its Project Food Shelf Campaign.

Hubbard Radio Brainerd and its stations KUAL-FM, WJJY-FM, KLIZ-FM, KLIZ-AM, KVBR-AM and KBLB-FM (District 8) ran severe weather coverage on-air and on-line during Spring severe thunderstorms. A representattive from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration was traveling in the area during the storms and thanked Hubbard Radio Brainerd for keeping the public informed on severe weather developments.

Hubbard Radio Brainerd and its stations KUAL-FM, WJJY-FM, KLIZ-FM, KLIZ-AM, KVBR-AM and KBLB-FM (District 8) along with its employees helped with the United Way of Crow Wing and Southern Cass County Pop Up Food Pantry. They loaded up cars with food, drive-thru style. This is a monthly event that provides food to 200-300 households that need it in the Brainerd Lakes Area.

Hubbard Radio Bemidji and its stations KLLZ-FM, KKZY-FM, KBUN-AM, KBUN-FM, KBHP-FM (District 8) The Stuff-A-Truck campaign collected 12,700 pounds of food and raised $10,512 for the Bemidji Community Food Shelf.

R&J Broadcasting, Inc. and its stations KGHS-AM, KSDM-AM International Falls (District 8) During Rotary Radio Days for the Rotary Club in International Falls, R&J Broadcasting stations raised $2,965. Funds raised were distributed by the Rotary Club to organizations within the International Falls community.

WDIO-TV Duluth (District 8) WDIO-TV hosted an all day telethon and month long campaign to raise funds to benefit four local organizations: Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance, Adult and Teen Challenge, Northern Foundation and Animal Allies.

Midwest Communications and its stations in Hibbing (District 8) The Midwest Communications stations in Hibbing participate in the Black Woods Blizzard Snowmobile Tour annually to raise funds for those living with ALS. To date, $10,000 has been raised by its stations prior to the February 2022 snowmobile tour event.

WUSZ-FM, WTBX-FM, WMFG-FM, WDKE-FM, WEVE-FM, WMFG-AM and WNMT-AM Hibbing (District 8) You Matter Bags MN has been given support by Midwest Communications stations in Hibbing with on-air live and recorded announcements. You Matter Bags MN supports those in the foster care system. Over the past year, station support has allowed You Matter Bags MN to pack 145 bags filled with hygiene products, a blanket, stuffed animals and more for children in the area including, Tower, Babbitt, Hoyt Lakes, Aurora, Gilbert, Virginia, Chisholm, Nett Lake, Nashwauk and Grand Rapids.

WTBX-FM Hibbing (District 8) WTBX-FM is currently supporting the Angel Fund Rock For an Angel Fundraiser. Dollars raised during this fundraiser help offset the costs of those going through cancer treatment in Northwestern Minnesota. The station has contributed to the theme of this year's event as late coworker Craig Holgate battled cancer and utilized Angel Fund services. WTBX-FM is running live and pre recorded announcements and supporting the event on-air and on-line.

Townsquare Media Stations Duluth (District 8) KOOL 101.7 produced the "Feed the Northland" Radiothon on December 1st to support Union Gospel Mission. The Radiothon generated enough donations to provide over 3,000 meals to those supported by Union Gospel Mission. All five Townsquare Media Stations in Duluth also participated in the Cash for Clubs Program. This program encouraged listeners to nominate their favorite High School Club. The top 5 High School Clubs received a $500 donation from Townsquare Media Duluth. All nominees were spotlighted on air and on station websites. Local community outreach also included creating the "Townie Awards" which spotlighted small local businesses that are making a difference in the community, Rotary Club's Annual Rose Sale, St. Jude Radiothon and more.
