Salem Media Group stations Eagan (District 2) Salem Media Group and its stations have raised over $70,000 and fed over 1,200 neighbors with their annual “Here to Help” campaign with The Salvation Army—North Central Office. All of the dollars raised with this campaign helps families throughout the Twin Cities.

KWNG-FM and KCUE-AM Red Wing (District 2) In November 2023, the Q-Media Group stations in Red Wing teamed up to collect 2,448 pounds of food and $424 in cash donations for the Red Wing Area Food Shelf during its Project Food Shelf Campaign.
