11:30 a.m. - 12:55 p.m. Annual Membership Meeting and Virtual Lunch for Voting Membership (Meeting Invite to be sent separately). This meeting will include Articles and Directors to be elected. Preperation information will be sent to the Voting Membership, the week of October 5th.

1:00 p.m. - 1:50 p.m. With the 2020 General Election in the books, John Reich and Tom Hanson will discuss the impact the results will have on broadcasters in the 2021 Legislature Session and beyond.

2:00 p.m. - 2:50 p.m. Engineering During a Pandemic with Chris Tobin of New York Public Broadcasting, Alex Hartman of the Telos Alliance and Jeff Welton of Nautel. This session will be moderated by Taylor Barker or Pioneer Broadcasting.

3:00 p.m. - 3:55 p.m. Human Resources and Staffing in our New World with Chief Diversity Officer of the NAB, Michelle Duke and VP of Human Resources at Hubbard Broadcasting, Brenda Smeby.

4:00 p.m. - 4:55 p.m. State of the State of Broadcasting into 2021 with the President and CEO of the NAB, Senator Gordon Smith along with Shawn Donilon from the NAB's Government Relations team.

8:00 a.m. - 8:55 a.m. Virtual Coffee and Conversation with Keynote Speaker, Congressman Tom Emmer with an update on the Broadcasters Caucus in Washington D.C.

9:00 a.m. - 9:55 a.m. How do you conduct a virtual needs analysis? This is a great session for Radio and Television sales teams and it will be hosted by the Managing Partner for The Center For Sales Strategy, Matt Sunshine. Matt is the author of, "Getting Prospects to Raise Their Hand" and Forbes magazine lists Matt as one of the 20 Speakers You Shouldn't Miss The Opportunity To See.

10:00 a.m. - 10:55 a.m. Review of the Political Landscape after the Presidential Election. What does the election mean for broadcasters? MBA Legal Counsel David Oxenford from Wilkinson Barker Knauer and First Amendment Law Attorney Mark R. Anfinson will join.

11:00 a.m. -12:25 p.m. The time is now. A Digital Landscape Panel. This session will feature the VP of Content and Distribution at TPT, John Daenzer and Executive Director of Digital at Leighton Broadcasting, Kelli Frieler and AJ Mansour, Director of Digital Media at iHeartMedia. The panel will be moderated by the Managing Editor at KMSP FOX9, Mike Durkin. They will discuss topics in podcasting, social media, content, revenue and offer up best practices for digital in a post-pandemic world.

12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. MSHSL Updates heading into the Winter High School Sports Season with MSHSL Communications Coordinator, Tim Leighton
